The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.!
For your convenience, monthly installments include Wi-Fi Internet and curbside trash. You also have full access to all of our amazing amenities and on-site professional staff, not to mention modern and attractive apartment furniture packages with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, secure-access unit and bedroom entrance, and an array of additional amazing amenities and features.
Yes! We do allow pets. We have a one-time pet fee of $300 and a $25 monthly pet fee.

You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at the leasing office during business hours, or you can pay online!
We offer four-bedroom and five-bedroom townhomes. Our five-bedroom unit is the same as our four-bedroom unit, with the outdoor patio converted into an additional bedroom!
An individual housing contract is a per-bed agreement. You sign a housing contract for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time. You also have the option to sign a traditional housing contract, so you can choose whichever works for you.
If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will use that information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, we can help sort out the details with that, too!
Each unit includes a full washer and dryer in a large laundry room area of the townhome.
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Monthly installments are due on the first (1st) day of each month. Late fees begin on the fourth (4th) day of the month.
